Which computer course is best? Wrong question.
Nobody can name one best course, and anyone who does is selling the one they want to fill. What we can do is put all ten side by side with the fee, the length, and what that work actually pays in Pakistan, sample size attached. Then you pick.

Two things decide it, and neither is the course list. What you can already do, and how many months you can go without earning. If you have never worked on a computer professionally, start with Office Management, three months, Rs 15,000. If you already have a skill and no clients, you don’t need another skill, you need Freelancing, two months, Rs 12,000. If you have four months and want the highest reported ceiling, Web Development, Rs 36,000, where Indeed Pakistan puts a full stack developer at Rs 112,954 a month. If money is the tightest constraint, Social Media Marketing is Rs 10,000 in total and that’s the cheapest complete course here.

Start from where you are, not from the list
People arrive at this page having already read six listicles that all name the same four courses. None of them asked what you can do today. That’s the only question that changes the answer.
You’ve never used a computer for work
Take Office Management and Virtual Assistant. Three months, Rs 15,000. It starts at Word and Excel and ends at remote client work. The reason it’s first is the job pool: employers hire office and data staff in volume, and that’s the shortest distance between you and a salary.
You want to sell work, not apply for jobs
Take Graphic Design or AI Video Editing. Both produce something a client can look at inside the first fortnight, which is what makes a first sale possible. Design is Rs 15,000 over three months, video is Rs 28,000 over four.
You have a skill and zero clients
Don’t buy another skill. Take Freelancing, two months, Rs 12,000. It’s the only course here that teaches nothing technical. It takes what you can already deliver and works on the profile, the outreach, the proposal and the follow-up until an order lands.
You can wait four months and want the ceiling
Take Web Development. Rs 9,000 a month for four months, our highest fee, and the highest reported pay of anything on this page. It’s also the course people quit most often, so be honest about the four months before you pay for the first one.
All ten, with the number nobody else prints
Fee and duration come out of the same file that runs our course pages, so they can’t drift. The pay column is Indeed Pakistan, monthly, and the sample size sits next to it on purpose. A big average from 27 salaries is worth less than a smaller one from 2,200.

Read that pay column honestly
One of those numbers is thin
UI/UX rests on 27 reported salaries, too few to trust the way you’d trust the social media figure built on 2,200. We’re leaving it on the page with its sample size rather than dropping it, because hiding a weak number is how the rest of this table stops being believable.
AI and Automation has no survey at all
No Pakistani salary survey covers this work properly yet. The job titles mix QA testers, PLC engineers and n8n builders into one average, which makes that average meaningless. So we quote real job ads instead: a Lahore automation role at Rs 250,000 to Rs 400,000 a month, and a Jhelum internship at Rs 10,000. That spread is the honest picture.
An average is not a starting salary
These figures mix a six-month junior with a six-year senior. SEO is the one where Indeed prints the whole ladder, and it’s worth seeing: Rs 32,190 junior, Rs 48,233 executive, Rs 83,957 senior. Assume the bottom rung in your first year, not the average.
If one thing is scarce, pick on that
Short on time
SEO, Social Media Marketing and Freelancing finish in two months. If you’re working or studying and can only give evenings, start here rather than signing up for four months you won’t finish.
Short on money
Social Media Marketing is Rs 10,000 all in, the smallest complete course we run. Office Management and Graphic Design are Rs 15,000. Because the fee is monthly, the number you actually need on day one is Rs 5,000, and you can stop after any month.
Short on patience
Every course here spends its last fifteen days on finding a paying client rather than on new material. If what you want is money sooner rather than a bigger skill later, that fortnight matters more than the syllabus, and Freelancing is two months of it.
What we’re not going to claim
Three things you’ll read elsewhere that you won’t read here.
- No job guarantee. Nobody can guarantee you a job and stay honest about it. What is guaranteed is the fifteen days at the end spent on outreach, and a seven day refund if the first week isn’t what you expected.
- No average freelancer income. Pakistan has no trustworthy per-person figure, so every site quoting one made it up. The only solid national number is the State Bank’s: freelance exports of USD 557 million in the first half of FY26, up 58 percent year on year. That’s a country, not your month.
- No claim to be the best institute. Every institute in Lahore says it. Compare the four things most of them won’t publish: the fee, the length, the batch size, and whether there’s a refund.

The course that gets the most people to a first paid job is Office Management and Virtual Assistant, because the job pool is the largest and the entry bar is the lowest. Best depends on how long you can go without earning.
Which computer course is best for a beginner with no experience?
Office Management and Virtual Assistant. It assumes you have never used Word or Excel for work, it runs three months at Rs 5,000 a month, and the jobs it opens are the ones employers hire for in volume. Indeed Pakistan reports an office assistant at Rs 22,396 a month and a virtual assistant at Rs 57,852, and the whole reason the third month teaches remote client work is that gap.
Which is the best short term computer course?
Social Media Marketing and SEO, both two months. Social Media Marketing is Rs 10,000 in total and SEO is Rs 12,000, which makes them the two smallest commitments we sell. Both are also the easiest first sale to a local business, because the owner can see the problem without you explaining it.
Which computer course has the highest salary in Pakistan?
Web Development, on reported figures. Indeed Pakistan puts a full stack developer at Rs 112,954 a month across about 1,300 salaries, roughly double any other title we teach toward. SEO has the clearest ladder instead of the highest peak: Rs 32,190 for a junior from 81 reports, Rs 48,233 for an executive from 550, and Rs 83,957 for a senior from 100.
How long is a short computer course?
Ours run two to four months. SEO, Social Media Marketing and Freelancing are two months. Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, AI and Automation and Office Management are three. Digital Marketing with AI, Web Development and AI Video Editing are four. Classes are four or five days a week, and the fee is paid month by month rather than upfront.
How much does a computer course cost in Lahore?
At InnoTech, Rs 5,000 to Rs 9,000 a month, so a full course is Rs 10,000 to Rs 36,000 depending on which one and how long it runs. There is no registration fee and no examination fee on top. For comparison, prices we read off rival pages in September 2026 include ICT Trainings at Rs 25,000 for two months of graphic design and Rs 30,000 for three months of web development, and Omni Academy at Rs 80,000 for graphic design. PNY Trainings, Nexskill and Baabroz publish no fee at all.
I already have a skill but no clients. Which course?
Freelancing, two months, Rs 12,000. It doesn't teach you a skill. It sells the one you already have: Fiverr and Upwork from an empty profile to a first order, direct outreach on LinkedIn and WhatsApp, proposals, follow-up and retainers. Every other course here spends its last fifteen days on this. That course is the two-month version of those fifteen days.
Do I need matric or any qualification to join?
No. There is no entry condition of any kind on any of the ten courses, and there is no entry test. Classes are taught in a mix of Urdu and English. If you can read this page, you can sit in the batch.
Which institute is best for computer courses in Lahore?
We are not going to answer that one about ourselves, because every institute in Lahore answers it the same way and the answer is worth nothing. What we will do is publish what we charge, how long each course runs, what the work pays with the sample size attached, and a seven day refund. Most institutes in Lahore publish none of those four. Compare on those, not on a claim.
