Read this first: the risk

Every trading course should open with this section. Most don’t, so here it is before the syllabus, the fee or anything else.

Risk warning: trading forex and gold is high risk. Most retail traders lose money, and leverage magnifies losses as easily as gains. Only trade money you can afford to lose. This course is education, not financial advice, and you start on demo and cent accounts for exactly that reason.

Most retail traders lose money

Brokers regulated in the UK and the EU have to publish the share of their retail clients who lose money on leveraged products, and that share is usually more than half. We don’t teach this course because we think you’ll beat those odds. We teach it so that if you trade, you do it with a plan, a stop-loss and a size you can survive.

Leverage cuts both ways

Leverage lets a small deposit control a large position. The same leverage turns a small move against you into a large loss, sometimes most of the balance in one session. Week one shows you that arithmetic on a demo account, before any real money is involved.

Only money you can afford to lose

Not school fees, not rent, not a loan, not a committee payout. If losing the amount in your account would change how your family manages this month, it’s too much to trade with, and the instructor will tell you so in class.

Education, not financial advice

Nobody at InnoTech will tell you what to buy or sell, run your account or send you trade calls. We teach the method and the risk rules. Every decision on a live account is yours, and so is the result.

What this course is, and what it is not

Trading attracts more false promises than almost any subject we could teach. So here is what you are, and aren’t, paying for.

A skill course, not an income course

You learn to read a chart, plan a trade, size it and review it afterwards. There’s no promised monthly profit, no win rate and no work-from-home earnings figure on this page, because any number like that would be made up.

Demo first, then a cent account

The first six weeks run on a free MT5 demo account with virtual money. In the last two weeks you can move to a cent account, where a small real deposit is counted in cents, so a mistake costs very little while it still feels real. Moving to a standard account after the course is your decision, not part of the syllabus.

No signals, no account management

We don’t sell or share trade calls, we don’t manage anybody’s money, and we don’t run a paid Telegram or WhatsApp group. If someone offers you a fixed return for your account login, walk away.

We aren’t a broker, and we recommend none

InnoTech doesn’t take deposits, earn commission from any broker or use referral links. In class you learn how to check a broker’s licence yourself, and choosing one is your responsibility.

Week-by-Week Curriculum

Eight weeks. The first six build the method on a demo account. The last two are a practice phase on a demo or cent account, with a journal the instructor reviews line by line. That practice phase is how this course ends; it has no client-hunting phase.

Who this is for

Three kinds of people do well in this batch. One kind shouldn’t join, and we say so below.

You’re curious and want to learn it properly

You’ve seen trading on YouTube or TikTok and want to know how it actually works before going near it with money. Learning on a demo account first is the cheapest way to find out.

You already trade and keep losing

You opened an account, followed a few calls from a group or a friend, and the balance went one way. This course slows that down: a plan, a fixed risk per trade, and a journal that shows you what you keep repeating.

You want to understand markets for work

Currency and gold prices touch imports, savings and pricing. Knowing how a chart is read and how the news moves it is useful even if you never place a live trade.

Who should not join

Anyone hoping to replace a salary in two months, anyone planning to trade with borrowed money or savings they need, and anyone looking for someone to tell them what to buy. This course will disappoint all three, on purpose.

How the course runs

Live class with an instructor, in a batch capped at 10, live on Zoom or Google Meet. There are no physical classes.

Classes: live online only

Every class runs live with the instructor sharing a real MT5 and TradingView screen. You can stop the class and ask why a level was drawn where it was. Morning, evening and weekend batches are available.

Homework is a marked chart and a journal

Each week you mark charts, plan demo trades and log them. You bring the journal to class, losses included, and the instructor goes through it with you.

The last two weeks are practice

Weeks seven and eight add no new material. You trade your own written plan on a demo or cent account, journal every trade, and the instructor reviews the journal with you each week.

Batch of 10, so your chart gets looked at

Ten students is the cap on every InnoTech batch. That leaves time for your chart, your plan and your journal individually, which is the part a free video can’t do.

What you walk out with

Not a profit figure. Four things you can show, and keep using whether you trade live or not.

A written trading plan

What you trade, which sessions you trade, how you enter, where the stop goes, how much you risk per trade, and when you stop for the day. On one page, in your own words.

A reviewed trading journal

Two weeks of demo or cent-account trades, each with the reason, a screenshot, the result and what you’d change, reviewed by the instructor.

Position sizing you understand

Account size, risk percent and stop distance in, lot size out. You’ll know how the number is worked out, not just which button to press.

A clear answer on whether trading suits you

Some students finish and decide not to trade live. That’s a good result too, and it’s far cheaper to learn on a demo account than with savings.

Is forex trading legal in Pakistan? What we can and can’t tell you

We’re trainers, not lawyers or a regulator, so treat this as a starting point and not as legal advice.

SECP warns against unlicensed platforms

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has publicly warned people about online forex and trading platforms that aren’t licensed to operate in Pakistan. Many brokers that advertise to Pakistanis hold no Pakistani licence.

Checking a broker is your job

Before you deposit anything, look the broker up on the regulator’s own website, not on the broker’s page, and confirm that the company name and licence number match. In class we show you how to do this check.

Money transfers have rules too

Sending money abroad to fund a trading account can fall under State Bank of Pakistan foreign exchange rules. Check how your bank or payment route treats it before you send anything.

InnoTech isn’t a broker

We don’t hold client money, open trading accounts, take commission from brokers or recommend any of them. If anyone claiming to be from InnoTech asks you to deposit money with a broker, it isn’t us.

Who can join, and in what language

Two questions we get every week, answered plainly.

No entry test, no qualification

There’s no test, no degree requirement and no minimum qualification. You need a laptop, a stable internet connection, enough maths to work out a percentage, and the discipline to keep a journal every week.

Taught in Urdu and English together

Class runs in a mix of Urdu and English. MT5, TradingView and the economic calendar are in English, so the terms are taught in English and explained in Urdu.

Course FAQs

Do I need any trading experience to join?

No. The course starts from what a currency pair is, what gold (XAUUSD) is and how a price is quoted, then sets up MetaTrader 5 on a demo account in the first week. If you have traded before, the risk and journal work in the second month is usually where you’ll learn the most.

Will this course make me profitable or give me a monthly income?

No, and we won’t promise it. We don’t quote profits, income or a win rate, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Most retail traders lose money. What the course gives you is a method, fixed risk rules, a written trading plan and a journal reviewed by the instructor. What you do with them afterwards, and the result, is yours.

What are the risks of trading forex and gold?

Trading is high risk. Most retail traders lose money, and leverage magnifies losses as easily as gains, so a small move against you can take a large part of the account. Trade only money you can afford to lose, never savings you need or borrowed money. This course is education, not financial advice, and you start on demo and cent accounts so that mistakes are cheap while you learn.

Is forex trading legal or regulated in Pakistan?

We’re trainers, not lawyers, so take this as a starting point rather than legal advice. The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has publicly warned people against online forex and trading platforms that aren’t licensed to operate in Pakistan, and many brokers that advertise to Pakistanis hold no Pakistani licence. Before you deposit anything, checking the broker’s licence on the regulator’s own website is your responsibility, and sending money abroad can also fall under State Bank of Pakistan foreign exchange rules. InnoTech is not a broker and recommends no broker.

Do you give trading signals or manage accounts?

No. We don’t send or sell trade signals, we don’t run a paid Telegram or WhatsApp group, we don’t do copy trading and we don’t manage anybody’s money. We teach the method and the risk rules, and every decision on your own account is yours.

Which broker should I use?

We don’t recommend one. InnoTech isn’t a broker, takes no commission from brokers and uses no referral links. In class we show you how to check a broker’s licence and company name on the regulator’s own website, and choosing one after that is your decision.

Do I have to deposit real money during the course?

No. The first six weeks run only on a free MT5 demo account with virtual money. In the final two weeks you can stay on demo or move to a cent account, which needs a small real deposit. That step is optional and your decision, and you can complete the course on demo alone.

What is a cent account?

A trading account where the balance is shown in cents instead of dollars, so a 10 dollar deposit appears as 1,000. Trades are tiny, which means a mistake costs very little, but the money is real, so you feel the pressure that a demo account doesn’t give you. Not every broker offers one.

What is the fee?

Rs 15,500 a month for 2 months, Rs 31,000 in total. You pay month by month, with no admission fee and no examination fee on top. If you leave within 3 days of your first class the course fee you have paid is refunded. The fee is for teaching only; any money you choose to put into a trading account is separate and is at your own risk.

Are classes online or physical?

Online only. There are no physical classes; every class runs live on Zoom or Google Meet with the instructor.

What are the class timings?

We run morning, evening and weekend batches, each capped at 10 students. WhatsApp the counselor for the next start date and the slot that suits you.

Is the certificate government-recognised?

No. It’s InnoTech Skills Institute’s own certificate of completion, printed, and you can collect it from our Jubilee Town office or have it couriered to you. It isn’t a trading licence or a financial qualification, and it doesn’t qualify you to manage other people’s money.

Do I need my own laptop?

Yes. Any working laptop or desktop from the last five or six years is enough to run MetaTrader 5 and TradingView. The MT5 phone app is useful for checking a trade, but a phone alone isn’t enough for marking charts and keeping the journal.

Is the course taught in Urdu or English?

Both. Classes run in a mix of Urdu and English. MT5, TradingView and the economic calendar are in English, so the terms are taught in English and explained in Urdu.

Do I need to have passed matric or inter to join?

No. There’s no minimum qualification and no entry test. You need a laptop, an internet connection, enough maths to work out a percentage, and the discipline to keep a journal every week.
